This Privacy Policy is incorporated by reference into the TicketGrabbr™ Terms of Use (the "Terms of Use"). The term "TicketGrabbr™," "Grabbr™,""we," and "us" includes Grabbr, Inc., a Delaware corporation, and our affiliates and subsidiaries. This Privacy Policy explains how we may collect, use, and disclose information we obtain through the TicketGrabbr™ online sales tool. All other terms not defined herein will have the meanings set forth in the Terms of Use.
"Personal Information" means information that alone or when in combination with other information may be used to readily identify, contact, or locate you, such as: name, address, email address, or phone number. We do not consider Personal Information to include information that has been anonymized so that it does not allow a third party to easily identify a specific individual.
This Privacy Policy applies to the site where it appears
This Privacy Policy describes how we treat Personal Information we collect both online and offline. This includes on our websites and in our apps.
How this Privacy Policy applies to you will depend on the way in which you interact with us. For example, if you purchase a product voucher using the TicketGrabbrTM sales tool, we will use the information you provide us to fulfill our obligations to you in delivering that service, and, where permitted, keep you up to date about other events that may be of interest to you.
You have certain choices about how we use your information. Scroll down to read the “Choices and Rights” section for more information.
Please read this Privacy Policy carefully to understand our policies and practices regarding your Personal Information. If you do not agree with our policies and practices, you should not purchase a product voucher from a salesperson using the TicketGrabbrTMsales tool. By purchasing a product voucher, you agree to this Privacy Policy. This policy may change from time to time (see Changes to Our Privacy Policy). If you do not object to our changes, this will be deemed to be acceptance of those changes, so please check the policy periodically for updates.
What Information We Have & Where We Get It
We collect Personal Information directly from you.We collect and store different types of Personal Information if you make a product voucher purchase or register for a promotion, includingyour username, password, first and last name, email address, mailing address, phone number, responses to survey questions, and notes collected by product voucher salespersons. We may also collect information about you that does not individually identify you such as the discount codes issued to you or sold by you or your location at the time you purchase or sell the product voucher. We will also store records and copies of your correspondence if you contact us directly.
We do not collect or store credit card information. We use an online payment processor called Stripe. A link to their privacy policy can be found at: https://stripe.com/us/privacy. We also do not use cookies to collect data.
We may also collect information about the location of the salesperson using the TicketGrabbr™ tool. As salespersons utilize the TicketGrabbr™ sales tool, we may use automatic data collection technologies to collect certain information about the location of the salesperson and the location of the customer at the point of sale. The information we collect automatically does not include Personal Information, but we may maintain it or associate it with Personal Information we collect.
We may collect Personal Information from a third party. Customers have the ability to refer a friend when purchasing a voucher through TicketGrabbr™. Therefore, a customer may provide us your Personal Information, and we may contact you about our product offerings using this information.
How We Use Your Information & Why
We use information that we collect about you or that you provide to us, including any Personal Information, as follows:
We use information to provide you with products and services.We use your information to process your product voucher order and provide you with customer support. This includes sending you emails about your account or a product voucher purchase. We might also contact you about changes to this Privacy Policy, Terms of Use, or products we offer or provide through it.
We use information to respond to your requests or questions.For example, we might use your information to confirm your registration for an event or contest or to provide a response to a customer service question.
We use information to improve our products and services.We might use your information to customize your experience with us.
We may use your information to make our website and products better. We may combine information we get from you with information about you we get from third parties. This allows us to make deals better on a year over year basis.
We use information for security purposes.We use information to protect our company, our customers, or our websites. This includes to detect or prevent unlawful behavior.
We use information for marketing purposes.For example, we might send you information about special promotions or offers. We might also tell you about new features or products. These might be our own offers or products, or third-party offers or products we think you might find interesting.
We may use information to carry out our obligations, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, or as otherwise permitted by law.
We use information for any other purpose with your consent.
Who We Share Your Data With & Why
We may share information with the client that your product vouchers are associated with. We will share your information with that client and any governing association they are connected to (ex. a pro sports team and their league management office). If you choose to opt in to receive information from the client associated with the product voucher (e.g. a professional sports team), the client will use your Personal Information to provide you with marketing and other communications in accordance with its own data privacy policies.
We will share information with third parties who perform services on our behalf.For example, we share information with vendors who help us manage our IT infrastructure or who fulfill your purchases. Some vendors may be located outside of the United States.
We may share information if we think we have to in order to comply with the law.For example, we will share information to respond to a court order or subpoena. We may also share information if a government agency or investigatory body requests it or if we are investigating potential fraud.
We may share information with any successor to all or part of our business.This would occur Grabbr, Inc. engaged in a merger, divestiture, restructuring, reorganization, dissolution, or other sale or transfer of some or all of its assets, whether as a going concern or as part of bankruptcy, liquidation, or similar proceeding, in which personal information held by us about you is among the assets transferred.
We may share your information for reasons not described in this policy.We will tell you before we do this.
Your Choices and Rights
You have certain choices about how we use your information.
You can opt out of receiving our marketing emails.To stop receiving our promotional emails, email info@grabbr.comor follow the instructions in any marketing email you get from us. It may take about ten days to process your request. Even if you opt out of getting marketing emails, we will still be sure to send you transactional messages. For example, we may still contact you about your orders.
You can control tools on your mobile devices.For example, you can turn off the GPS locator or push notifications on your device.
If you would like to opt-out of receiving emails from the client (e.g. a professional sports team) that your purchased vouchers are associated with, please contact that company directly.
Your California Privacy Rights.
If you live in California and have an established business relationship with us, you can email us to request a list of the Personal Information we have shared with third parties for their marketing purposes. We will also give you a list of the third parties that have received your information. You can make a request one time each year.
Mention in your email that you are making a "California Shine the Light" inquiry. We will respond within 30 days.
Data Security
We have implemented standard security measures designed to secure your Personal Information from accidental loss and from unauthorized access, use, alteration, and disclosure.
The safety and security of your information also depends on you. Where we have given you (or where you have chosen) a password for access to certain parts of our site, you are responsible for keeping this password confidential. We ask you not to share your password with anyone.
Unfortunately, the transmission of information via the internet is not completely secure. Although we do our best to protect your Personal Information, we cannot guarantee the security of your Personal Information transmitted to our website. Any transmission of Personal Information is at your own risk. We are not responsible for circumvention of any privacy settings or security measures contained on the website.

Changes to Our Privacy Policy
If we make material changes to how we treat your Personal Information, we will notify you by email to the primary email address we have on file. The date the Privacy Policy was last revised is identified at the top of the page. You are responsible for ensuring we have an up-to-date active and deliverable email address for you, and for periodically visiting our website and this Privacy Policy to check for any changes.
COPPA Disclosure
The Children's Online Privacy Protection Act of 1998 and its rules (collectively, "COPPA") require us to inform parents and legal guardians (as used in this section "parents") about our practices for collecting, using, and disclosing Personal Information from children under the age of 13 ("children"). It also requires us to obtain verifiable consent from a child's parent for certain collection, use, and disclosure of the child's Personal Information.
This section notifies parents of: (i) the types of information we may collect from children, (ii) how we use the information we collect, (iii) our practices for disclosing that information, and (iv) our practices for notifying and obtaining parents' consent when we collect personal information from children, including how a parent may revoke consent.
This section only applies to children under the age of 13 and the other provisions of this Privacy Policy. The other provisions of this Privacy Policy apply to teens and adults. Except as set forth below, we do not knowingly collect children’s Personal Information.
Information We Collect from Children: From time to time, third party salespersons that use our TicketGrabbr™sales tool will work with schools in their fundraising efforts. As part of this program, it is possible that children will use the TicketGrabbr™platform to sell product vouchers. If this is the case, we will collect the same data that we collect on all sales users, namely, a username, password, first and last name, email address, organization, and phone number. This information that we collect is provided by the child or the parent in connection with the child’s use of the TicketGrabbr™ platform as a salesperson.
How We Use Your Child's Information: We use the personal information we collect from your child to: (i) register him or her as a salesperson with the TicketGrabbr™ sales tool, (ii) communicate with him or her about activities or features of the website that may be of interest, (iii) tracking potential misrepresentations, fraudulent activities, and inappropriate uses of the TicketGrabbr™ platform to facilitate the suspension of these users on our platform.
Our Practices for Disclosing Children's Information: We do not share, sell, rent, or transfer children's Personal Information other than as described in this section. We may disclose aggregated information about many of our users, including salespersons. In addition, we may disclose children's Personal Information: (i) if we are required to do so by law or legal process, such as to comply with any court order or subpoena or to respond to any government or regulatory request, (ii) if we believe disclosure is necessary or appropriate to protect the rights, property, or safety of Grabbr, Inc., our customers, or to protect the safety of a child, the security of our platform, or enable us to take precautions against liability, or (iii) to the clientthat the product voucher is associated with (e.g. a professional sports team) to allow the client to have the name and organization of each salesperson that is marketing and selling their product vouchers.
In addition, if Grabbr, Inc. is involved in a merger, divestiture, restructuring, reorganization, dissolution, or other sale or transfer of some or all of Grabbr, Inc.'s assets, whether as a going concern or as part of bankruptcy, liquidation, or similar proceeding or event, we may transfer the Personal Information we have collected or maintain to the buyer or other successor.
Accessing and Correcting Your Child's Personal Information: If you are a parent, you may contact us at any time to review the child's Personal Information maintained by us, require us to correct or delete the Personal Information, and/or refuse to permit us from further collecting or using the child's information. A parent can send us an email at info@grabbr.com. Please include “COPPA Information Request” in the subject line. To protect your privacy and security, we may require you to take certain steps or provide additional information to verify your identity before we provide any information or make corrections.
Third Party Plug-ins
From time to time as a stop gap, our tech team may use a plugin to facilitate a feature that we are in the middle of custom building in an effort to provide quality services in a speedy manner to our clients and customers.
We store information both in and outside of the United States.
If you live outside of the United States, you understand and agree that we may transfer your information to the United States. This site is subject to United States laws, which may not afford the same level of protection of those in your country.
We may link to third party sites or services we don't control.
If you click on one of those links, you will be taken to websites we do not control. This policy does not apply to the privacy practices of those websites. Read the privacy policy of other websites carefully. We are not responsible for these third-party sites. Refunds
Product vouchers may or may not be eligible for refunds.
If a misrepresentation by a salesperson has been confirmed, we will issue refunds following the approval in writing, by the client and the client’s marketing director. If the promotional codes issued to a user upon the purchase of a product voucher have been redeemed when or before the refund is requested, we cannot issue the refund. Our clients and partners ultimately will use their discretion in approving the refund, and we will comply accordingly.
